BUT seriously THANK GOODNESS IT’S FRIDAY! I’m looking forward to Governors Ball which begins today!  Last year was an absolute mess because of the monsoon that washed over Manhattan, but today the skies are clear and I’m ready to dance the night away!

For those of you heading to Randall’s Island have a ton of fun, be safe and drink lots of water. And for those that have no plans for the weekend I recommend going to Red Hook, Brooklyn. Last weekend we rode our bikes down to Red Hook (from Williamsburg it’s only a 30 min ride, and from Brooklyn Bridge 15 min ride), and it was totally worth it. We spent most of our day playing corn hole at Brooklyn Crab, eating crab rolls, and drinking cervezas. And then to top off what seemed already like the perfect day, we ate key lime pie at the pier with the most picturesque setting.

Obviously going to Brooklyn Crab we all had to get the crab rolls – they are as delicious as they look!

What’s better than having a bloody mary topped with an oyster?

There’s Will trying to distract me. Too bad for him that it didn’t work…I got the corn in the hole 3 times in a row!

Steve’s Authentic Key Lime Pie is only a 5 minute walk from Brooklyn Crab!

I’m pretty sure this is the best key lime pie I’ve ever had; crunchy graham cracker crust with a creamy-not-too-tart middle

Oh hey there lady Liberty!

Have a great weekend everyone!
