Sesame Encrusted TunaTarget Weekender Bag + Flip FlopsTulipsPineapple ShirtHappy Cinco de Mayo! Thanks to the beautiful weather we’ve been having, we’ve been taking advantage of our rooftop space – it’s equipped with a grill, and several lounge chairs…nothing fancy but perfect enough for an intimate dinner outside. Last week I came home to the BEST dinner – sesame encrusted tuna, roasted brussels sprouts and quinoa with feta. My contribution was making some refreshing margaritas. What better way to begin the week than with a margarita!?

My go-to margaritas are usually the classic and cucumber (I will post a recipe for both soon!)

The picture doesn’t do it justice but I think this is one of my top 3 favorite meals Will has cooked!

I took a trip to Target yesterday – which I swear is always a trap, I can never leave without spending way more than I mean to! My justification is that everything I buy is on sale! I’ve been looking for a weekender bag for the longest, so I was super excited to find one that’s a perfect size and that looks good too! I also couldn’t resist these sandals! I mean…they were on sale! ; )

The only good thing about Spring are the beautiful flowers. The colors of these flowers are so bright they almost look fake! This photo was taken right outside the White House.

Another goodie I snagged at Target is this Pineapple shirt (on sale)
